The organization is headed by Kofo Karunwi, a distinguished educationist of 17 years with a proven track record of mentoring and inspiring teachers to maximize the effectiveness of their teaching as well as bringing out the best in her students.

Her career spans 9 years post qualification teaching in the U.K and 6 in the oldest consistently British Curriculum school in Nigeria (St. Saviour's School, Ikoyi), where she rose to the position of Acting Head Teacher.
In her time in the U.K she rose to the level of Senior Management and had training in School Leadership and Administration.

A significant part of Kofo's career has been spent working with and supervising teams, mentoring teachers in an international work environment.

Her experience in the field of education is vast and covers areas such as the Montessori method, Specific Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia), the National Curriculum of England and Wales as well as School Management and Administration. Over the years she has regularly initiated and delivered training in a wide range of aspects relating to education. During her 6 years teaching in Nigeria she embarked on a personal project of a comparative study of the Nigerian and British National Curricula for primary schools.

In training Mrs. Karunwi is supported by a team of facilitators and consultants in various sectors – education, management, marketing, budgeting etc.

In managing the company Mrs. Karunwi is supported by an Advisory Board comprising men and women who have distinguished themselves in their chosen fields of endeavour.
